Text Box: Text Box: The Woodworker is a bi-monthly newsletter which is published during the months of our general membership meetings. The general membership meetings are scheduled for January, March, May, July, September, and November, July’s meeting is a club picnic and November’s meeting is the annual banquet. The newsletter is distributed via email to those members who have email addresses and is a full color PDF file. The balance are printed and mailed to those using normal mail service. The newsletter is normally distributed on the weekend prior to the regular membership meeting. I began my tenure as editor of the newsletter in February 2008 and thus my first edition was published in March of 2008. We have recently located copies of newsletter beginning in January 2005 which are now provided for review. Perhaps at some point we will be able to locate copies of newsletters prior to 2005 to lend a historical perspective to the Mason Dixon Woodworkers. For anyone who was a member in earlier years, we encourage you to check back to see if you have any old copies lying around. We can scan them and return them to you. Marv Long Editor
